Sebastian Graff
Capturing Nature. Exploring Society.

About Me
My name is Sebastian Graff. I am a writer, photographer, and college student interested in nature photography, politics, public policy, and video games. My photography focuses mainly on the natural world and humanity’s relationship with it, while my writing explores modern society, technology, infrastructure, and political issues. This website is a collection of my photography, essays, projects, and other personal interests.

Photography
There is a section of woods near my home that I hike constantly. Ever since a young age, I have always been fascinated not only with the forest and understanding how beautiful the earth truly is, not just in the nature sense, but the historical side of things, finding old architecture and trying to comprehend different eras of time.

As a college student, and even back in high school, I have always found enjoyment in developing ideas and conclusions through a deeper comprehension of a topic, or perhaps applying new solutions through research papers. I have found that being able to fully indulge in my academic work is one of the main ways I can express myself authentically.

Youtube

Writing has always been my primary way of exploring ideas, but not every conversation fits neatly into an essay. My YouTube channel is where I expand on those ideas through video, discussing politics, history, philosophy, current events, self-improvement, and the questions that shape our society and me.
Some videos are structured analyses, while others are more conversational, working through ideas in real time, responding to current events, or sharing observations that may eventually become essays here on the blog. The goal is not simply to reach conclusions but to understand why we believe what we believe and to encourage thoughtful discussion.
Whether you found this website first or discovered me through YouTube, I hope the two complement one another. If you enjoy the articles published here, consider subscribing to the channel for additional content, updates, and discussions.
